Does PressPad offer subscriptions?

— Yes. The readers may purchase single issues or 1 or 12-month subscriptions (you need to select at least one option).

What's the development process for my app?

— The mobile app development process takes a few days. During that time, we stay in contact with you to make sure that your app meets your expectations and satisfies the store platform requirements. We then publish your app in the store(s): App Store and/or Google Play via your own developer account. The Amazon Appstore app is a paid option of the "Full" plan, and the app is published via our own dev account. In the case of e-kiosk, the publishing process is quicker and takes up to 24 hours. That time is required to adjust the design of the web-app to your brand.

Once a reader buys a subscription, can they receive current and future issues exclusively (for six months or a year) without access to archive issues at the same time?

— Unfortunately, not. Apple and Google do not permit such a solution.

Is this planned for other platforms, as well?

— Currently, you can get iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, Android phone, and Android tablet apps (including Kindle Fire). Support for other platforms will be announced in the future.

Will I receive sales reports?

— Detailed reports are available in your admin panel on the tenth of each month. There is also a live estimate of the number of all downloads available in the panel throughout the month.

Is there a free trial period available?

— Yes. There is a 7-day trial period where you can check your app on your device. Also there are are no maintenance or cancellation fees. Before we ask you for payment you'll be able to preview your app on your own device.

Can I have a look at any sample applications published by PressPad?

— Of course. Search for "presspad" in the App Store, and most of our apps will be displayed.

Who does all the uploading – you or me?

— Each publisher needs to register a PressPad account and upload their magazine issues in PDF format themselves. The panel is very simple to use, and the work requires no more than 2-3 minutes per month. We are a "developer" that publishes your apps in Apple and Google app stores.

What if I want to resign from PressPad?

— Should you decide to stop using PressPad, your application will be removed from App Store.

I resigned from PressPad but my account has not been closed. Why?

— In this case, your PressPad account will not be closed because we have to continue supporting the readers who have already downloaded your application and have it installed on their devices. We also provide you with access to your archive sales reports. It's free. We do not charge any fees for accounts, and you may always reopen them at a later date.

How do I get paid — via electronic transfer or PayPal? When are the monthly payments made?

— We use PayPal for payments. We process payments during the week after the tenth of each month (when the sales report is generated). If the tenth falls on the weekend, we start sending publishers their money on the following Monday.
