PressPad has a zero tolerance policy for the practice of deliberately claiming a recognizable name which does not belong to the claimant (ie. "name squatting"). By registering a recognized name (e.g. that of a celebrity, recording artist, or actor) you agree to forfeit that username should the rightful owner protest your claim.
Payments are operated by the payment operators/gates such as PayPal and/or PayLane (Pay Lane Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Norwida 4, postal code: 80-280, KRS: 0000227278.)

In the event of resignation from the service, all pending payouts will be held to ensure sufficient funds for maintaining access to the magazine for users who have already made purchases, as well as to cover potential refunds after the apps are deactivated. To ensure a smooth transition, it is recommended that apps remain active for a minimum of 12 months after being removed from app stores. This period allows users to access their purchases and facilitates the resolution of any outstanding issues.
